Seb is a seasoned leader with 16 years’ experience split between Royal Air Force engineering leadership and built environment project management and business analysis.  His work has included general management, project management, operations and maintenance and asset management as well as business analysis and consulting.   He has expertise in continual improvement and management of innovation.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and a master's degree in Construction Project Management from Heriot Watt University.

His professional certifications include Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and an Asset Management Diploma with distinction from the Institute of Asset Management (IAM).

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Builders (CIOB) as a Chartered Construction Manager.
